Refund Policy

The Undisciplined Trader (the “Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides educational and informational training. By purchasing any course, class, live trading session, or related digital product or service (collectively, “Services”), you agree to this Refund Policy.
No Refunds for Student Responsibility Issues
Refunds will not be issued due to circumstances that are within the student’s control, including but not limited to:
- Failure to attend or “no-shows” for scheduled classes or live sessions
- Forgetting session dates/times
- Arriving late or leaving early
- Lack of preparation or failure to complete required materials
- Technical issues on the student’s side (including poor internet connection, device issues, platform/app issues, or inability to access email/login information)
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure reliable internet access, functional equipment, and the ability to attend at the scheduled time.
If recordings or replays of a class or live trading session are provided, access to such recordings does not alter or create any refund eligibility. Recordings are offered as a convenience only and do not replace the responsibility to attend live sessions.
No Refunds Based on Results or Performance
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. The Academy does not guarantee results, outcomes, or profitability.
Refunds will not be issued because a student:
- Did not achieve desired results
- Did not understand the material on the expected timeline
- Made trading losses or did not become profitable
- Decided the Services were “not for them” after purchase
Results depend on each person’s effort, discipline, risk management, learning pace, and ability to apply the material responsibly.
Refunds When We Cancel
A refund may be issued only in the limited situation where we cancel or postpone a scheduled class or live trading session due to reasons within our control and:
- we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, or
- we offer a rescheduled date/time, and the student is not able or willing to attend the rescheduled session.
In these cases, the refund will be limited to the portion of the Services that was canceled and not delivered.
How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
If you believe you qualify under the “Refunds When We Cancel” section above, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include:
- Your full name
- The course/session purchased
- The purchase date and proof of purchase
- The reason for your request
Approved refunds, if any, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that is not eligible for a refund under this policy, we reserve the right to suspend access to Services and course materials until the matter is resolved.
Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
